BMI- Calculate Your Body Mass Index



BMI is calculated using your Height & Weight. BMI is a reliable indicator of total body fat, which is related to the risk of general disease (diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, etc.) and death. The score is valid for both men and women. Ideally, we should all strive for a healthy BMI within the 18.5 to 24.9 range.
